EARTHLY EXPRESSION
Clear fees. Informed decisions.
Review therapy fees and payment information. Virtual programs and digital workbooks have separate prices and purchase terms.
Payment & cancellation
Therapy is private pay. Insurance is not accepted, superbills are not provided, and sliding-scale fees are not offered. Ask about HSA payment and confirm your plan’s eligibility requirements.
Session payment is due on the day of the appointment. Less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation incurs the full session fee. Fees and arrangements for additional support are confirmed as part of informed consent.
Supervision has a separate fee and cancellation policy. Virtual programs, workbooks, and forensic services have their own fees and stated terms.
Supervision pricing →Common questions
How often will we meet?
Often weekly or every other week initially, with the plan adjusted to your needs, goals, and progress.
How long does therapy take?
There is no single timeline. We agree on goals, review your progress, and discuss whether the approach continues to fit.
Can I buy a workbook without therapy?
Yes. The seven workbooks are standalone educational resources, separate from therapy and group enrollment. You can view the complete listings and sample pages in the workbook shop. Purchase through the workbook shop. PDFs are emailed manually within two business days after successful payment.
Are group fees per person or per couple?
All group and program fees are per person. One enrollment covers one adult, not a couple, family, or household. Each adult must complete a separate enrollment review and pay the applicable individual fee. For Co-Parenting Conflict Management, you may attend on your own; the other parent is not required to enroll. If both parents seek participation, admission and group placement are reviewed separately.
Can anyone join a group?
Each offering will state its audience and participation requirements. Clinical groups also require screening and location eligibility.
Where can I receive therapy?
Eligibility depends on your physical location at the time of each session and the therapist’s authority to practice there. Confirm eligibility before scheduling.
Can I get a Good Faith Estimate?
Ask for a written estimate before scheduling. See the privacy and Good Faith Estimate page for more information.
