Treatment Modalities
My clinical psychotherapy approach is a strengths based, person centered approach where I work alongside my clients to develop treatment goals as well as areas of growth. With this style, I utilize skills from multiple evidence based therapeutic approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, to name a few. I will help you explore issues and develop solutions in an environment where it is safe to be vulnerable.
