Digital Workbook
Purchase Policy
Delivery, cancellations, refunds, and personal use. Please review these terms before purchasing a workbook.
These terms apply to standalone digital workbook purchases. Review them before continuing to Square.
Delivery
Workbooks are digital PDF files. No physical product will be shipped. Your workbook will be emailed manually within two business days after successful payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery is not instant. Please provide a correct email address and check your spam or junk folder.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellation requests received before the PDF is emailed qualify for a full refund. Once the PDF has been emailed, refunds or exchanges for a change of mind are not offered. For duplicate charges, missing delivery, or an incorrect or defective file, contact us so we can correct the problem or provide an appropriate refund. Refunds are issued to the original payment method without a restocking fee. This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law.
Personal use
Workbooks are for personal educational use. You may save, print, and complete your copy. You may not redistribute, resell, or post the files online. Purchasing a workbook does not grant a professional-use or group-facilitation license.
Educational purpose
Workbooks do not include therapy, clinical messaging, or group enrollment. Purchasing a workbook does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
