Using this website

You can browse the public pages and free resources without creating an account. This website does not submit a contact form or collect card details directly. Inquiry buttons open your email service or let you copy a draft; you choose whether to send it.

The optional reflection exercise keeps your writing in the open page and does not submit it to Earthly Expression. Choosing Download saves a text file to your device. Use a private device and location for personal writing.

Hosting and font providers may receive technical information needed to serve pages and fonts. The website currently requests fonts from Google Fonts.

Purchases and enrollment

Workbook purchase buttons open Square checkout, where Square collects information needed to process your purchase. Earthly Expression uses the order and contact information available through Square to verify payment, deliver your workbook, and respond to order questions. Group enrollment begins with an individual review. Registration and participation forms are provided through SimplePractice; private meeting invitations use Google Calendar and Google Meet. These services have their own privacy settings and terms. See SimplePractice’s privacy policy. A workbook purchase or ordinary inquiry does not enroll you in a group or establish a therapist–client relationship.

Ordinary email is for brief inquiries and administrative questions. Do not include diagnoses, detailed personal histories, legal records, or payment-card details. Ask for secure instructions when needed. Group members agree to protect privacy, but confidentiality by every participant cannot be guaranteed.

Clinical confidentiality

Clinical records are maintained separately from the public website. Confidentiality, its legal limits, and any authorized sharing of treatment information are explained in the clinical consent documents. An ordinary website inquiry does not establish a therapist–client relationship.

Good Faith Estimate

If you do not have insurance or are not using it for health care, you generally must receive a written Good Faith Estimate when qualifying non-emergency care is scheduled at least three business days ahead, or when you request one. Ask before scheduling and keep a copy of your estimate.

If a provider’s bill is at least $400 more than that provider’s estimate, you may be eligible for the federal patient–provider dispute process. Read the official CMS guidance about estimates and medical bill rights.
