Request Intake Information ↗ACCOUNTABILITY IN PRACTICE
This 12-week program combines teaching, guided practice, assignments, and review. The focus is recognizing anger and escalation, taking responsibility for behavior, and practicing safer, more respectful decisions.
Dr. Nicki Pascetti, PhD, LCSW facilitates the live virtual meetings. A clinical intake is required to assess fit, participation location, practical access, and any referral requirements. The planned closed cohort is approximately 6–12 adults, with group size based on fit and facilitation needs.
This is a distinct clinician-led program with clinical intake and documentation. It is not a certified batterer intervention program or emergency care. Intake payment does not guarantee admission.
JANUARY 9–MARCH 27, 2027
9:00–10:30 a.m. Eastern Time · Live online through Google Meet · Approximately 18 program hours
The meeting time remains 9:00 a.m. local Eastern Time when daylight saving time begins in March. Accepted, fully enrolled participants receive the private meeting invitation separately.

FEES AND PAYMENT DATES
$800 standard total per person. The $80 intake per person is paid at booking of the agreed assessment. The twelve group meetings are $60 per person per meeting, paid as three $240 payments per person. These are one-time payments, with no automatic renewal or added card surcharge.
Payment instructions are sent privately. Please wait for individual instructions before paying. Admission requires completed intake, acceptance, and signed participation terms.
A separately arranged individual curriculum makeup is $150 per person per appointment when required. The missed group meeting remains included in its paid block and is not charged a second time. Full financial and cancellation terms are provided before payment.
HOW TO BEGIN
Send your preferred name, safe reply email, and state where you would participate. Keep the request brief; do not send incident histories or court documents by ordinary email.
Nicki reviews your request and contacts you about questions, intake scheduling, and next steps. Registration and clinical forms are provided through SimplePractice. The $80 intake per person pays for the assessment, not automatic admission.
Complete the clinical intake and review the participation terms. Any court or referring agency requirements must be verified before enrollment.
After acceptance, signed terms, and verified required payments, Nicki confirms your place and provides private meeting access. Paid participant materials are delivered privately 24 hours before the first meeting, after completed enrollment and verified payment.
Court acceptance is not guaranteed. Confirm the actual referral requirements, including virtual attendance, hours, provider qualifications, reporting, and whether a specialized program is required. Enrollment does not guarantee a legal outcome.
Contact Nicki promptly. Makeups must be completed within seven calendar days of the missed session. Court-ordered participants must complete the required individual curriculum makeup before returning to group. A required individual curriculum makeup costs $150 per person per appointment. Meetings are not recorded.
Participant materials are scheduled for private delivery on January 8, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern, 24 hours before the first meeting, after completed enrollment and verified required payment. Delivery is manual, not instant. Block 1 payment remains due by noon Eastern that day. If payment is verified after the scheduled release, materials are delivered after verification and before participation. Meeting access is provided separately.
For a full refund of cohort fees paid, written cancellation must be received at nicki@earthlyexpression.co by January 7, 2027, at 9:00 a.m. Eastern, 48 hours before the cohort begins. After that cutoff, cohort fees are nonrefundable. The cutoff applies to the start of the cohort, not the start of each payment block. Withdrawal, missed meetings, lateness, early departure, and personal connection problems do not qualify for prorated refunds or credits.
The intake has separate terms: less than 24 hours’ notice of cancellation or a no-show forfeits its $80 fee. A completed intake is not refunded because you withdraw from the cohort.
If Earthly Expression cancels the cohort before it begins, cohort fees paid are refunded unless you voluntarily choose a transfer. If Earthly Expression cancels an individual meeting, a replacement is arranged by agreement or that meeting’s $60 group fee is refunded. The same meeting is not refunded twice. Eligible refunds are initiated within five business days to the original payment method; bank posting times vary. Applicable legal rights remain intact. Review the full signed terms before payment.
Attend from a private, stationary location where others cannot watch or overhear. Recording, screenshots, transcription, and AI notes are not permitted. Group members can identify each other; confidentiality by other members cannot be guaranteed.
Wait for Nicki’s individual instructions. The intake fee is paid when the agreed intake is booked. Program payments follow acceptance and the signed participation terms, using the dates above. Sending a request does not reserve a place.
