Map your worry loop
Identify the event, the meaning you added, your feelings, and what you did next. Find one place where another response might be possible.
LIVE EDUCATIONAL VIRTUAL PROGRAM · ADULTS
Notice the worry loop. Practice a pause. Choose a next step that fits the situation.
$349 total per person · One-time payment. January 7–February 11, 2027, Thursdays from 1:30–2:45 p.m. Eastern Time. Request enrollment review first; payment follows acceptance and signed participation terms.
One enrollment covers one adult, not a couple, family, or household. This is an educational skills program.
Request a Place ↗A PAUSE. A PLAN. A NEXT STEP.
You may spend time replaying a conversation, checking for an answer, or putting off a task because you are not sure how it will go. This group teaches a practical sequence: notice what happened, separate the facts from your predictions, and choose a response you can try.
Across six meetings, you will practice with ordinary situations, fictional examples, and your own low-risk goals. The aim is to learn about your responses and make useful choices—not to prove that you can stay calm all the time.
Personal sharing is optional. You may write privately, observe, adapt an activity, or pass. Breathing exercises and practice approaching a difficult situation are choices, not requirements.
JANUARY 7–FEBRUARY 11, 2027
1:30–2:45 p.m. Eastern Time · Live online through Google Meet
All six meetings run consecutively. Times use America/New_York local Eastern Time. Private meeting access is provided to enrolled participants.
THE SIX-WEEK LEARNING PATH
Identify the event, the meaning you added, your feelings, and what you did next. Find one place where another response might be possible.
Try an outside focus, a grounding option, a written task cue, or comfortable breathing. Notice what fits and plan how to return to the task.
Distinguish an emotion from a thought or assumption. Name what is known, leave room for what is unknown, and write an accurate working statement.
Tell useful information-gathering from repeated checking. Practice asking for practical help without asking someone to guarantee an outcome.
Decide whether a situation needs action, information, support, a limit, or a planned review. Break an ordinary delayed task into a manageable first step.
Review what you actually tried, what helped, and what did not fit. Keep one useful practice and identify when you need additional support.
INCLUDED IN YOUR $349 PER-PERSON FEE
Your fee includes six live, 75-minute meetings, the 54-page A Pause Before the Spiral workbook, and a 28-page fillable participant companion designed for this group. A cohort guide explains how to prepare and use your materials.
The workbook offers teaching and personal exercises. The companion connects each meeting to a small practice you can try between sessions. Complete the PDFs digitally or print them. You are not required to submit your completed worksheets.
Materials are scheduled for private delivery on January 6, 2027, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern—24 hours before the first meeting—after completed enrollment and verified payment. Delivery is manual, not an instant download. If payment is completed after that release time, delivery is arranged after verification and before participation.
A separate retail workbook purchase does not enroll you in the live program.
YOUR FACILITATOR
Facilitated live by Nicki of Earthly Expression, LLC. The program focuses on education and practical skills. Any separate therapy service requires its own review, agreement, and fees.
BEFORE ENROLLMENT
This program is for adults who want to learn about worry, overwhelm, and their usual responses, and who can participate in a shared virtual learning space. You do not need a diagnosis to request information.
A participation review covers your learning goal, location, schedule, privacy, and access needs. If you need individualized assessment, treatment, or urgent support, those needs require separate professional care. A group inquiry does not establish a therapist–client relationship.
Participate from a private, stationary location where children and other adults cannot watch or overhear. Members agree to protect privacy and avoid recording, screenshots, transcription, and AI meeting notes. Confidentiality by other members cannot be guaranteed.
No exercise requires a detailed personal history, unsafe confrontation, unwanted contact, or ignoring a real risk. You can use a fictional example or choose another activity.
The one-time $349 fee covers one adult’s six live, 75-minute meetings and included participant materials. It is not a subscription. Separate enrollment review, signed terms, and payment are required for each adult.
No. Private writing, fictional examples, observing, and passing on personal sharing are acceptable. You can participate without explaining why you are adapting or skipping a particular activity.
No. The program offers choices, including an outside focus or written task cue. Any practice approaching an ordinary, low-risk task is voluntary and chosen by you. This group does not provide individualized exposure treatment or require you to ignore a safety concern.
Contact Nicki promptly to arrange a makeup. It must be completed within seven calendar days of the missed meeting. An unused makeup opportunity expires after that period. Meetings are not recorded. Missed meetings, lateness, early departure, and personal connection problems do not qualify for refunds or credits.
For a full refund, written cancellation must be received at nicki@earthlyexpression.co by January 5, 2027, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern—48 hours before the cohort begins. After that cutoff, the program fee is nonrefundable. Withdrawal or choosing not to use the materials does not qualify for a prorated refund or credit.
If Earthly Expression cancels the cohort before it begins, receive a full refund unless you voluntarily choose a transfer. If Earthly Expression cancels an individual meeting, a replacement is arranged by agreement or that meeting’s proportional fee is refunded. The same meeting is not refunded twice. Eligible refunds are initiated within five business days to the original payment method; bank posting times vary. Applicable legal rights remain intact. Your signed participation agreement contains the full terms before payment.
This is an educational skills program, not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or individual treatment. It does not guarantee symptom relief or any particular outcome. Administrative email does not provide clinical messaging or emergency coverage. Separate care may be appropriate alongside or instead of the group.
HOW REGISTRATION WORKS
Send a brief email with your preferred name, a safe reply address, and the program you are interested in. Keep detailed personal histories and medical information out of ordinary email.
Nicki provides the registration questionnaire and participation agreement through SimplePractice. Review the schedule and terms and ask questions before paying.
Acceptance is reviewed individually. Accepted applicants receive a private Square payment link for $349 per person. A request, completed form, or payment alone does not guarantee a place.
Your place is confirmed after signed terms, verified payment, and confirmation that the cohort will run. Meeting access is provided privately. Participant materials are sent 24 hours before the first meeting, after completed enrollment and payment.
