Pause before the automatic yes
Notice a request, your first urge, and the cost of agreeing too quickly. Practice a holding sentence with a real plan to return to the question.
LIVE EDUCATIONAL VIRTUAL PROGRAM · ADULTS OF ALL GENDERS
Make room for an honest answer. Practice clear limits, shorter explanations, and follow-through you can carry out.
$249 total per person · One-time payment. January 11–March 1, 2027, Mondays from 1:00–2:15 p.m. Eastern Time. No meetings January 18 or February 15. Request enrollment review first; payment follows acceptance and signed participation terms.
One enrollment covers one adult, not a couple, family, or household. All meetings are virtual.
Request a Place ↗CARE, CHOICE, AND RESPONSIBILITY
You may agree before checking your capacity, explain a limit until it sounds like a debate, or take someone’s disappointment as proof that you did something wrong. This program gives you a place to look at those moments and practice a clearer response.
We work with needs, values, actual responsibilities, and the choices available to you. A request asks for another person’s cooperation. A boundary describes your own participation and what you can realistically do. Neither guarantees agreement or approval.
Use ordinary family, work, friendship, or relationship examples. Private writing, fictional examples, observing, and passing on personal sharing are welcome. The goal is a useful choice, not winning an argument or delivering a perfect script.
JANUARY 11–MARCH 1, 2027
1:00–2:15 p.m. Eastern Time · Live online through Google Meet
No meetings January 18 or February 15. There are six meetings across eight calendar weeks, with breaks for Martin Luther King Jr. Day and Washington’s Birthday.
Times use America/New_York local Eastern Time. Private meeting access is provided to enrolled participants.
THE SIX-MEETING LEARNING PATH
Notice a request, your first urge, and the cost of agreeing too quickly. Practice a holding sentence with a real plan to return to the question.
Check your needs, values, time, and capacity. Sort your choices from shared duties and another person’s reaction before deciding what to carry.
Distinguish a request, an agreement, and a limit. Separate feelings from assumptions and practice a short, direct statement without arguing your case.
Look at the action before judging yourself. Decide whether a situation calls for repair, a clearer explanation, or staying with a reasonable limit.
Connect your words to an action you can safely take. Account for resources, notice, shared responsibilities, and support without turning a limit into punishment.
Use what actually happened to guide your next choice. Adapt the skill to family, work, or relationships and keep one practice small enough to repeat.
INCLUDED PRACTICE · SEASON OF QUIET
A Season of Quiet is a chance to observe your patterns before explaining, defending, correcting, fixing, or withdrawing. You can listen and acknowledge a feeling without taking over someone else’s problem.
What am I feeling? What do I want to do next? What usually happens when I do that?
Example phrases: “I hear you.” “I need to think about that.” “I can give you an answer tomorrow.”
Keep a necessary, safe issue from staying open indefinitely. Choose a time or cue to return, and notice whether you followed through.
Quiet is not silent punishment, automatic agreement, or a requirement to tolerate threats. This practice includes noticing when a pause turns into avoidance and when support or a safer plan is needed.
INCLUDED IN YOUR $249 PER-PERSON FEE
Your fee includes six live, 75-minute meetings, the 54-page Boundaries Without Overexplaining workbook, and a 30-page fillable participant companion designed for this group. A cohort guide explains how to prepare and use your materials.
The workbook teaches the distinctions and skills. The companion connects each meeting to a practical opportunity, review, and next step. It also includes Season of Quiet, context practice, and a continuing plan. Complete the PDFs digitally or print them. You are not required to submit your completed worksheets.
Materials are scheduled for private delivery on January 10, 2027, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern—24 hours before the first meeting—after completed enrollment and verified payment. Delivery is manual, not an instant download. If payment is completed after that release time, delivery is arranged after verification and before participation.
A separate retail workbook purchase does not enroll you in the live program.
YOUR FACILITATOR
Facilitated live by Nicki of Earthly Expression, LLC. The program focuses on education and practical skills. Any separate therapy service requires its own review, agreement, and fees.
BEFORE ENROLLMENT
This program welcomes adults of all genders who want to practice requests, limits, and responsible follow-through in a shared virtual learning space. You do not need to bring a partner or have a particular diagnosis.
A participation review covers your learning goal, location, schedule, privacy, and access needs. The group does not replace individualized assessment, treatment, urgent support, or advice about a legal responsibility.
If speaking up could lead to threats, retaliation, or control, a direct conversation may not be a safe practice task. You can use private reflection, a fictional example, or a support-planning activity. No assignment requires confrontation, unwanted contact, or violating a legal restriction or safety arrangement.
Participate from a private, stationary location where children and other adults cannot watch or overhear. Members agree to protect privacy and avoid recording, screenshots, transcription, and AI meeting notes. Confidentiality by other members cannot be guaranteed.
The one-time $249 fee covers one adult’s six live, 75-minute meetings and included participant materials. It is not a subscription or a couple’s fee. Separate review, signed terms, and payment are required for each adult.
No. Boundaries and Empowerment welcomes adults of all genders, subject to participation review.
No assignment requires disclosure, confrontation, or contacting another person. You may work privately, use fictional examples, or pass on personal sharing. If someone monitors your devices or communication, discuss a safer access option privately before participating.
No. A limit may concern time, availability, a task, a conversation, or your own participation. We practice choosing words and actions that fit your responsibilities and circumstances. The program does not require ending a relationship or obtaining another person’s agreement.
Contact Nicki promptly to arrange a makeup. It must be completed within seven calendar days of the missed meeting. An unused makeup opportunity expires after that period, including when the next group meeting follows a holiday break. Meetings are not recorded. Missed meetings, lateness, early departure, and personal connection problems do not qualify for refunds or credits.
For a full refund, written cancellation must be received at nicki@earthlyexpression.co by January 9, 2027, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern—48 hours before the cohort begins. After that cutoff, the program fee is nonrefundable. Withdrawal or choosing not to use the materials does not qualify for a prorated refund or credit.
If Earthly Expression cancels the cohort before it begins, receive a full refund unless you voluntarily choose a transfer. If Earthly Expression cancels an individual meeting, a replacement is arranged by agreement or that meeting’s proportional fee is refunded. The same meeting is not refunded twice. Eligible refunds are initiated within five business days to the original payment method; bank posting times vary. Applicable legal rights remain intact. Your signed participation agreement contains the full terms before payment.
No. This is education, not psychotherapy, diagnosis, crisis care, or legal advice. Participation does not create a therapist–client relationship or guarantee another person’s behavior, approval, or a particular outcome. Administrative email does not include clinical messaging or emergency coverage.
HOW REGISTRATION WORKS
Send a brief email with your preferred name, a safe reply address, and the program you are interested in. Keep detailed personal histories and medical information out of ordinary email.
Nicki provides the registration questionnaire and participation agreement through SimplePractice. Review the schedule, holiday breaks, and terms and ask questions before paying.
Acceptance is reviewed individually. Accepted applicants receive a private Square payment link for $249 per person. A request, completed form, or payment alone does not guarantee a place.
Your place is confirmed after signed terms, verified payment, and confirmation that the cohort will run. Meeting access is provided privately. Participant materials are sent 24 hours before the first meeting, after completed enrollment and payment.
