Choose a child-centered focus
Separate the child’s need from the adult dispute. Name your own responsibility and one action you can observe without putting the child in the middle.
LIVE EDUCATIONAL VIRTUAL PROGRAM · INDIVIDUAL PARENT ENROLLMENT
Keep the child’s needs in view. Practice clear messages, practical plans, and responses you can take responsibility for.
$249 total per person · One-time payment. February 5–March 12, 2027, Fridays from 12:30–1:45 p.m. Eastern Time. Request enrollment review first; payment follows acceptance and signed participation terms.
One enrollment covers one adult, not a couple, family, or household. The other parent does not need to attend.
Request a Place ↗A CHILD-CENTERED NEXT STEP
A schedule change, unanswered message, or difficult handoff can bring an old dispute into an ordinary parenting task. This educational program helps you separate the child’s practical need from the argument and choose a response you can use.
Across six meetings, you will practice pausing before responding, writing brief factual messages, planning transitions, setting limits on your own participation, and reassuring children without asking them to take sides.
You attend individually. The program does not depend on the other parent enrolling, agreeing with you, or changing. Private writing, fictional examples, observing, and passing on personal sharing are acceptable.
FEBRUARY 5–MARCH 12, 2027
12:30–1:45 p.m. Eastern Time · Live online through Google Meet
All six meetings run consecutively. Times use America/New_York local Eastern Time. Private meeting access is provided to enrolled participants.
THE SIX-WEEK LEARNING PATH
Separate the child’s need from the adult dispute. Name your own responsibility and one action you can observe without putting the child in the middle.
Recognize the event, thoughts, feelings, and urges. Practice a pause with a return plan so an important parenting task does not stay open indefinitely.
Give a message one practical job. Keep the necessary facts and a clear question while leaving out accusations, mind-reading, and unrelated history.
Break a logistics problem into a specific task. Prepare for transitions, essential items, and a response that needs checking rather than assuming agreement.
Distinguish your limit from a new parenting rule. Explore limited-contact and parallel-parenting considerations without changing legal arrangements or withholding necessary information.
Listen to the child’s perspective, keep adult information with adults, and repair your part when needed. Build a practical plan for a difficult week.
A PRACTICAL DISTINCTION
Practice keeping the adult task in an appropriate adult communication channel. A child can receive a truthful, age-appropriate explanation without being asked to carry an argument or collect information about the other home.
Clarify the schedule, essential items, and any unanswered practical question through the appropriate permitted channel. A child’s report is not a substitute for confirming an adult agreement.
Fictional example: “I will tell you what I know about the plan. You do not need to carry messages between us.”
Choose language that is true for your circumstances. Do not promise how the other parent will act or ask the child to take care of your feelings.
INCLUDED IN YOUR $249 PER-PERSON FEE
Your fee includes six live, 75-minute meetings and the 42-page fillable Co-Parenting Conflict Management participant workbook. A cohort guide explains how to prepare and use your materials.
The workbook includes teaching, fictional examples, message practice, planning exercises, and reviews of what you tried. Complete it digitally or print it. No completed worksheet needs to be submitted to the other parent or used to prove that someone is a good or bad parent.
Materials are scheduled for private delivery on February 4, 2027, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern—24 hours before the first meeting—after completed enrollment and verified payment. Delivery is manual, not an instant download. If payment is completed after that release time, delivery is arranged after verification and before participation.
YOUR FACILITATOR
Facilitated live by Nicki of Earthly Expression, LLC. The program focuses on education and practical skills. Any separate therapy or professional service requires its own review, agreement, and fees.
BEFORE ENROLLMENT
A participation review covers your learning goal, location, schedule, privacy, and access needs. Keep detailed clinical or legal histories and documents out of an initial ordinary email; ask for secure instructions if needed.
Parents from the same actively conflicted family are not placed in the same cohort by default. If both parents apply, admission and placement are reviewed separately. The group is not a place to debate your case with the other parent.
Abuse, coercive control, safety concerns, protective orders, and a child’s particular needs can make ordinary cooperative exercises unsuitable. No assignment requires direct or joint contact, reconciliation, unsafe confrontation, or violating an order, legal restriction, safety arrangement, or no-contact boundary. Private or fictional practice is available; some situations need a different service.
Participate from a private, stationary location where children and other adults cannot watch or overhear. Members agree to protect privacy and avoid recording, screenshots, transcription, and AI meeting notes. Confidentiality by other members cannot be guaranteed.
One parent. The one-time $249 fee covers one adult’s six live, 75-minute meetings and participant materials. The other parent does not need to enroll. Each adult requires separate review, signed terms, and payment; joint placement is not guaranteed.
We work on the choices within your own role: a factual message, a practical preparation step, an appropriate limit, or a clear support request. The program does not promise agreement or changes in the other parent. You do not have to contact them to complete a practice exercise.
No. The group does not interpret or change court orders, decide parenting time, evaluate custody, or mediate disputes. A practice worksheet or personal boundary is not permission to change an existing arrangement. Use qualified legal support for questions about your obligations.
No. Use private writing, fictional examples, or general situations, and pass on personal sharing whenever you choose. Keep names, identifying screenshots, legal documents, and detailed child information out of group discussions.
Contact Nicki promptly to arrange a makeup. It must be completed within seven calendar days of the missed meeting. An unused makeup opportunity expires after that period. Meetings are not recorded. Missed meetings, lateness, early departure, and personal connection problems do not qualify for refunds or credits.
For a full refund, written cancellation must be received at nicki@earthlyexpression.co by February 3, 2027, at 12:30 p.m. Eastern—48 hours before the cohort begins. After that cutoff, the program fee is nonrefundable. Withdrawal or choosing not to use the materials does not qualify for a prorated refund or credit.
If Earthly Expression cancels the cohort before it begins, receive a full refund unless you voluntarily choose a transfer. If Earthly Expression cancels an individual meeting, a replacement is arranged by agreement or that meeting’s proportional fee is refunded. The same meeting is not refunded twice. Eligible refunds are initiated within five business days to the original payment method; bank posting times vary. Applicable legal rights remain intact. Your signed participation agreement contains the full terms before payment.
This is an educational skills program, not psychotherapy, mediation, legal advice, a custody evaluation, or emergency care. It is not represented as a court-approved course. If a court, employer, or referring authority requires a specific course, confirm whether this program meets that requirement before enrolling. Participation does not guarantee acceptance, a certificate meeting external requirements, or a particular legal or family outcome.
HOW REGISTRATION WORKS
Send a brief email with your preferred name, a safe reply address, and the program you are interested in. Do not email detailed personal histories, custody documents, or case records.
Nicki provides the registration questionnaire and participation agreement through SimplePractice. Review the schedule and terms and ask questions before paying.
Acceptance is reviewed individually. Accepted applicants receive a private Square payment link for $249 per person. A request, completed form, or payment alone does not guarantee a place.
Your place is confirmed after signed terms, verified payment, and confirmation that the cohort will run. Meeting access is provided privately. Participant materials are sent 24 hours before the first meeting, after completed enrollment and payment.
