YOUR OWN NEXT STEP

A changing relationship.
A life that is still yours.

Separation can change routines, identity, companionship, housing, and the future you expected. This educational group offers a place to learn, reflect, and practice manageable responses without being pushed toward a particular relationship decision.

It is for individual adults considering separation, living apart, or adjusting after divorce. You do not need to have made a final decision, have children, or have a former partner participate.

Use private writing or fictional examples, and pass on personal sharing whenever you choose. No exercise requires reconciliation, confrontation, partner contact, or a decision to stay or leave.

THE SIX-WEEK LEARNING PATH

Learn a skill.
Choose a useful next step.

01

Grief, transition, and daily footing

Separate what has changed, the meaning you add, the feelings you notice, and one practical need you can address today.

02

Indecision without pressure

Turn a repeated decision loop into a clear question. Identify what you know, what you assume, and what needs checking.

03

Boundaries and necessary contact

Practice brief limits about your own participation, with safe options when direct contact could increase risk.

04

Independence and practical stability

Break a rebuilding task into a first step, a source of support, and a fallback. Seek qualified advice for legal or financial decisions.

05

Family, children, and changing roles

Keep adult information with adults, practice clear reassurance, and consider changing family roles. You do not need to be a parent to participate.

06

A supported rebuilding plan

Choose three practical goals, identify support, and plan your own 30-, 60-, and 90-day reviews. These are personal review points, not required recovery deadlines.

INCLUDED IN YOUR $249 PER-PERSON FEE

Practice during the meetings.
Reflect between them.

Your participant workbook includes teaching, fictional examples, reflection prompts, and practical exercises across the six meetings. You can print the PDF and complete it privately. No completed worksheets need to be sent to a current or former partner.

Materials are scheduled for private delivery on February 16, 2027, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern—24 hours before the first meeting—after completed enrollment and verified payment. Delivery is manual, not an instant download. If payment is completed after that release time, delivery is arranged after verification and before participation.

One payment. Six meetings.

  • Six live, 75-minute teaching and practice meetings
  • Participant workbook and course-specific practice
  • Private reflection and optional sharing
  • Practical steps you choose for your own circumstances

Recordings, individual therapy, clinical messaging, and a professional-use license are not included.

YOUR FACILITATOR

Dr. Nicki Pascetti, PhD, LCSW

Facilitated live by Nicki of Earthly Expression, LLC. This is an educational program. Any individual therapy, legal, financial, or other professional service requires separate arrangements.

BEFORE ENROLLMENT

Make sure this format fits.

A participation review covers your learning goal, location, schedule, privacy, and access needs. Detailed relationship histories and legal documents are not needed for an initial inquiry.

Participate from a private, stationary location where children and other adults cannot watch or overhear. Members agree to protect privacy and avoid recording, screenshots, transcription, and AI meeting notes. Confidentiality by other members cannot be guaranteed.

No assignment requires contact that could increase danger or conflict with a legal order, safety arrangement, or another person’s no-contact boundary. Private reflection is an alternative. If both current or former partners apply, admission and placement are reviewed separately; joint placement is not guaranteed.

Questions before you begin

Is $249 for one person or a couple?

One person. The $249 one-time fee covers one adult’s six meetings and participant materials. This is an individual-enrollment group, not couples counseling. A current or former partner does not need to attend.

Can I join if I have not decided whether to separate?

Yes, subject to participation review. You can work with uncertainty and practical next steps without making a final relationship decision. Participation does not require staying, leaving, reconciling, or contacting a partner.

Do I have to share my story?

No. Private writing, fictional examples, and passing on personal sharing are acceptable. Keep identifying information about children, partners, and other people out of group discussions.

What if I miss a meeting?

Contact Nicki promptly to arrange a makeup. It must be completed within seven calendar days of the missed meeting. An unused makeup opportunity expires after that period. Meetings are not recorded. Missed meetings, lateness, early departure, and personal connection problems do not qualify for refunds or credits.

What are the cancellation terms?

For a full refund, written cancellation must be received at nicki@earthlyexpression.co by February 15, 2027, at 1:00 p.m. Eastern—48 hours before the cohort begins. After that cutoff, the program fee is nonrefundable. Withdrawal or choosing not to use the materials does not qualify for a prorated refund or credit.

If Earthly Expression cancels the cohort before it begins, receive a full refund unless you voluntarily choose a transfer. If Earthly Expression cancels an individual meeting, a replacement is arranged by agreement or that meeting’s proportional fee is refunded. The same meeting is not refunded twice. Eligible refunds are initiated within five business days to the original payment method; bank posting times vary. Applicable legal rights remain intact. Your signed participation agreement contains the full terms before payment.

Is this therapy, mediation, or a court-approved course?

No. This is education, not psychotherapy, couples counseling, mediation, legal or financial advice, a custody evaluation, or emergency care. It is not represented as a court-approved course and does not guarantee a particular relationship, emotional, financial, or legal outcome.

HOW REGISTRATION WORKS

A clear step at a time.

  1. Request enrollment information

Send a brief email with your preferred name, a safe reply address, and the program you are interested in. Do not email detailed personal histories or legal documents.

  2. Complete your forms

Nicki provides the registration questionnaire and participation agreement through SimplePractice. Review the schedule and terms and ask questions before paying.

  3. Receive a review and payment instructions

Acceptance is reviewed individually. Accepted applicants receive a private Square payment link for $249 per person. A request, completed form, or payment alone does not guarantee a place.

  4. Receive confirmation, access, and materials

Your place is confirmed after signed terms, verified payment, and confirmation that the cohort will run. Meeting access is provided privately. Participant materials are sent 24 hours before the first meeting, after completed enrollment and payment.
