All group and program fees are per person. One enrollment covers one adult, not a couple, family, or household. Each adult must complete a separate enrollment review and pay the applicable individual fee.

Knowing you hurt someone does not automatically tell you how to respond differently. This small-group program gives you a structure for looking at your own decisions, the stories that made secrecy easier, and the habits you want to change.
We use clear teaching, labeled fictional examples, private reflection, and optional guided practice. You can acknowledge relationship problems while taking responsibility for the choices you made. The work does not require a partner to forgive, offer reassurance, resume contact, or stay.
This is general education, not individual therapy, couples counseling, diagnosis, a disclosure session, or emergency care. Adults of different genders and relationship structures are welcome within the admitted audience. No religious belief is required.

All six meetings run consecutively. These dates avoid U.S. federal observed holidays and the days before Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year’s Day. Future cohorts will be announced separately.

Trace the permission story
Examine how an opportunity, a justifying thought, and concealment connected. Find an earlier point where you can choose differently.
Practice useful honesty
Answer the actual question, distinguish facts from assumptions, and recognize misleading omissions. This is skills practice, not a group disclosure process.
Stay present without defending
Notice feelings and urges before reacting. Use a Season of Quiet to observe your pattern, with a purposeful return instead of disappearing.
Respond with empathy and action
Listen, check your understanding, and translate care into specific follow-through. Consider voluntary agreements without treating access or forgiveness as owed.
Respect the outcome
Use Decision Day for clear reflection, build a prevention plan, and choose ongoing support. Your progress does not decide another person’s future.

The workbook and companion can be filled digitally or printed for personal use. Your completed pages remain private. Between-meeting practice is optional, and you can use fictional examples or pass on personal sharing.

Recordings, clinical messaging, and a professional-use license are not included. Makeups are offered for missed meetings and must be completed within 7 calendar days of the missed meeting. Contact Nicki promptly to arrange a makeup within that window. An unused makeup expires after 7 days. Meetings are not recorded.
THE INCLUDED RELATIONSHIP CONTRACT
A starting point
for thoughtful choices.
The original Infidelity Recovery with Contract resource includes a Relationship Repair & Accountability Agreement. The companion helps you examine a term’s purpose, what is voluntary, what action you can own, and how follow-through could be reviewed.
This is separate from your program participation agreement. Using the relationship resource or obtaining a partner’s signature is optional. Its terms need individual discussion; the program does not require device access, partner contact, reconciliation, or agreement to every term. Private reflection is enough, and no exercise requires unwanted, unsafe, or legally restricted contact.

Facilitated live by Nicki of Earthly Expression, LLC. Confirmed participants receive private Google Meet access. The program offers education and practical skills; individual or couples therapy requires separate arrangements.
BEFORE ENROLLMENT
Make sure this format fits.
A brief participation review covers your own learning goal, physical participation location, schedule, privacy, and access needs. You do not need to send a detailed affair history. Only one person from a relationship may attend a cohort; betrayed partners have a separate learning space.
Members agree to protect privacy, share airtime, and avoid recordings, screenshots, transcription, and AI notes. Threats, harassment, victim-blaming, concealment coaching, and pressure on a partner are not acceptable. Confidentiality by other members cannot be guaranteed.
Questions before you begin
Can I join if the relationship has ended?
Yes, subject to participation review. The focus is your own choices and future behavior. Reconciliation is not required, and participation does not establish that anyone owes you contact, forgiveness, or trust.
Does my partner attend?
No. This is a separate learning space for adults who have been unfaithful. Only one person per relationship attends a cohort. A partner’s participation or approval is not required.
Do I have to tell the group what happened?
No. Personal sharing is optional. Use fictional examples or private writing, and keep other people’s names, screenshots, and graphic details out of discussions. This is not a disclosure session or a place to investigate a relationship.
Does completing the program prove I have changed?
No. Attendance is not a certificate of honesty or trustworthiness. The purpose is learning and practice. Consistent behavior can be observed over time; each person remains free to make their own relationship decisions.
Can I buy only the workbook?
Yes. The standalone workbook is available separately for personal use. It does not include the six meetings or enrollment in this program. The complete $349-per-person program includes the workbook, companion, and original contract resource.
When will I receive materials and meeting access?

HOW REGISTRATION WORKS
A clear step at a time.
Request a place
Email your preferred name, a safe reply address, and the cohort you are interested in. Keep your message brief; no relationship history is needed.
Complete your forms
Nicki sends a short registration questionnaire and participation agreement through the SimplePractice Client Portal. You can review the terms and ask questions before deciding.
Receive a review and invitation
Nicki reviews your goals, location eligibility, availability, privacy, and access needs. A request or completed form does not guarantee a place. Accepted participants receive a private Square payment link for the $349 total per person.
Get your confirmation and materials
Paid participant workbooks and course materials are sent privately 24 hours before the first cohort meeting, after signed terms, successful payment, and written place confirmation. They are not sent with early enrollment confirmation. Enrollment terms and general program information are provided before payment. Delivery is manual, not an instant download.
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal observed holidays. Please wait for acceptance before paying. Your place is confirmed in writing.
Payment, attendance, and changes
What if I need to cancel or miss a meeting?
For a full refund, written cancellation must be received at nicki@earthlyexpression.co by January 4, 2027, at 1:30 p.m. Eastern—48 hours before this cohort begins. After that cutoff, the cohort fee is nonrefundable. Withdrawal, missed meetings, lateness, early departure, and personal connection problems do not qualify for prorated refunds or credits.
Contact Nicki promptly to arrange a makeup. It must be completed within seven calendar days of the missed meeting; an unused makeup expires after that period. Meetings are not recorded.
If Earthly Expression cancels the cohort before it begins, receive a full refund unless you voluntarily choose a transfer. For a provider-canceled individual meeting, a replacement is arranged by agreement or that meeting’s proportional fee is refunded. The same meeting is not refunded twice. Eligible refunds are initiated to the original payment method within five business days; bank posting times vary. Applicable legal rights remain intact. Your signed participation agreement contains the full terms before payment.
