WHO IT’S FOR

Adults who have been unfaithful and want to examine their choices, take responsibility, and practice a different response.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK TOWARD

A specific plan for honest communication, practical repair, and preventing repeated secrecy.

SEVEN CONNECTED SECTIONS

A closer look
at the work.

Learn the idea first. Then use examples, visual guides, and writing exercises to apply it to your own life.

Accountability does not earn or guarantee reconciliation. Your partner’s boundaries and decisions remain their own.

  1. 01

    Owning the choices

Name responsibility, context, and impact in plain language.

  2. 02

    Understanding the progression

Notice permission stories, choice points, and earlier ways to step away.

  3. 03

    Honesty and disclosure

Examine partial truths, relevant information, contact, and health concerns.

  4. 04

    Shame and defensiveness

Practice staying present with discomfort, using pauses, and reducing reassurance-seeking.

  5. 05

    Empathy and repair

Work on listening, apologies, amends, and taking initiative.

  6. 06

    Respecting the outcome

Consider Decision Day, boundaries, separation, and consent.

  7. 07

    Preventing repetition

Build an honesty practice, a prevention plan, and a 30-day action plan.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Know what
you’re getting.

Practical learning at your own pace, with room to write, pause, and return.

What is included?

Each title is one 54-page digital PDF with teaching pages, labeled examples, visual explanations, and guided writing exercises. It includes fillable fields, a linked contents page, bookmarks, and space for printing and handwriting. No physical item is shipped.

Can I type in it or print it?

Yes. Download the PDF to your device and use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save your own copy, enter a short test answer, then close and reopen it to check your answers save. You can also print the pages and write by hand. Some browser and phone previews may not support every form feature.

Do I need to be a therapy client?

No. These are standalone educational workbooks for adults. They do not include therapy, clinical messaging, an assessment, or group enrollment, and they do not create a therapist–client relationship.

How may I use the workbook?

For your own personal educational use. Do not redistribute, resell, upload, or publish the PDF. A purchase does not grant a professional-use or group-facilitation license. You may use your own copy alongside a group for your personal learning.

Is joint relationship practice always appropriate?

No. Exercises with a partner require willingness and safety. If there is coercion, intimidation, violence, or fear of retaliation, joint exercises are not appropriate. Seek individual support and safety planning instead.

How will I receive my workbook?

Your PDF will be emailed manually within two business days after successful payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery is not instant. Use a correct email address at checkout and check your spam or junk folder.

Contact us about duplicate charges, missing delivery, or incorrect or defective files so we can correct the problem or provide an appropriate refund. Your rights under applicable law are not limited.
