WHO IT’S FOR

Adults who feel pulled into worry, rumination, uncertainty, or avoidance and want practical educational exercises to explore their responses.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK TOWARD

A personal pause plan with grounding options, realistic actions, and support you can return to.

SEVEN CONNECTED SECTIONS

A closer look
at the work.

Learn the idea first. Then use examples, visual guides, and writing exercises to apply it to your own life.

The goal is a more deliberate next response, not perfect calm. This workbook does not diagnose a condition or promise treatment results.

  1. 01

    Recognize the spiral

Notice the repeating sequence, early cues, and places to interrupt it.

  2. 02

    Return to the present

Explore orientation, sensory options, urges, pauses, and a coping menu.

  3. 03

    Check the story

Separate facts, feelings, predictions, and replaying, then write a balanced response.

  4. 04

    Make room for uncertainty

Look at control, reassurance, checking, information, and unanswered questions.

  5. 05

    Work with avoidance and overwhelm

Use triage, small starts, decisions, and limits that fit the situation.

  6. 06

    Choose realistic action

Define the problem, compare options, make a plan, and ask for help.

  7. 07

    Support the next day

Create a personal plan, review progress, and consider professional support.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Know what
you’re getting.

Practical learning at your own pace, with room to write, pause, and return.

What is included?

Each title is one 54-page digital PDF with teaching pages, labeled examples, visual explanations, and guided writing exercises. It includes fillable fields, a linked contents page, bookmarks, and space for printing and handwriting. No physical item is shipped.

Can I type in it or print it?

Yes. Download the PDF to your device and use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save your own copy, enter a short test answer, then close and reopen it to check your answers save. You can also print the pages and write by hand. Some browser and phone previews may not support every form feature.

Do I need to be a therapy client?

No. These are standalone educational workbooks for adults. They do not include therapy, clinical messaging, an assessment, or group enrollment, and they do not create a therapist–client relationship.

How may I use the workbook?

For your own personal educational use. Do not redistribute, resell, upload, or publish the PDF. A purchase does not grant a professional-use or group-facilitation license. You may use your own copy alongside a group for your personal learning.

Is joint relationship practice always appropriate?

No. Exercises with a partner require willingness and safety. If there is coercion, intimidation, violence, or fear of retaliation, joint exercises are not appropriate. Seek individual support and safety planning instead.

How will I receive my workbook?

Your PDF will be emailed manually within two business days after successful payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery is not instant. Use a correct email address at checkout and check your spam or junk folder.
