WHO IT’S FOR

Adults unsure whether a relationship or arrangement still fits their needs, or who feel caught between hope, uncertainty, and practical limits.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK TOWARD

A grounded decision process that includes the relationship pattern, your needs, and practical support.

SEVEN CONNECTED SECTIONS

A closer look
at the work.

Learn the idea first. Then use examples, visual guides, and writing exercises to apply it to your own life.

Decision Day can mean asking for change, setting a limit, preparing for separation, or deciding to continue. There is no required answer or rigid deadline.

  1. 01

    Naming the uncertainty

Identify the actual question, your wishes, and practical constraints.

  2. 02

    Reality and assumptions

Separate facts from stories, ask direct questions, and examine follow-through.

  3. 03

    The relationship pattern

Consider safety, reciprocity, conflict, autonomy, and willingness.

  4. 04

    Conversations and limits

Plan questions, boundaries, observation, and a season of quiet.

  5. 05

    Decision Day

Apply the original illustrated guide through a substantial step-by-step practice.

  6. 06

    Options and preparation

Compare trade-offs, arrange support, plan communication, and review.

  7. 07

    Self-trust and the next chapter

Work with grief and guilt, create a 30-day plan, and return to your next step.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Know what
you’re getting.

Practical learning at your own pace, with room to write, pause, and return.

What is included?

Each title is one 54-page digital PDF with teaching pages, labeled examples, visual explanations, and guided writing exercises. It includes fillable fields, a linked contents page, bookmarks, and space for printing and handwriting. No physical item is shipped.

Can I type in it or print it?

Yes. Download the PDF to your device and use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save your own copy, enter a short test answer, then close and reopen it to check your answers save. You can also print the pages and write by hand. Some browser and phone previews may not support every form feature.

Do I need to be a therapy client?

No. These are standalone educational workbooks for adults. They do not include therapy, clinical messaging, an assessment, or group enrollment, and they do not create a therapist–client relationship.

How may I use the workbook?

For your own personal educational use. Do not redistribute, resell, upload, or publish the PDF. A purchase does not grant a professional-use or group-facilitation license. You may use your own copy alongside a group for your personal learning.

Is joint relationship practice always appropriate?

No. Exercises with a partner require willingness and safety. If there is coercion, intimidation, violence, or fear of retaliation, joint exercises are not appropriate. Seek individual support and safety planning instead.

How will I receive my workbook?

Your PDF will be emailed manually within two business days after successful payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery is not instant. Use a correct email address at checkout and check your spam or junk folder.
