WHO IT’S FOR

Adults who agree too quickly, explain past the point of clarity, feel guilty about limits, or struggle to follow through.

WHAT YOU’LL WORK TOWARD

Short, clear boundary language and a realistic plan for what you will do next.

SEVEN CONNECTED SECTIONS

A closer look
at the work.

Learn the idea first. Then use examples, visual guides, and writing exercises to apply it to your own life.

A boundary is about the action you can take. It cannot guarantee another person’s agreement or change their behavior.

  1. 01

    Noticing the pattern

See how automatic agreement, overexplaining, and resentment connect.

  2. 02

    Clarifying responsibility

Check capacity, needs, values, and the agreements you have actually made.

  3. 03

    Clear words

Distinguish requests from boundaries and practice I statements and short scripts.

  4. 04

    Guilt and pushback

Respond to criticism and repeated requests while practicing a season of quiet.

  5. 05

    Follow-through

Prepare for consistency, repair, and a useful review of what happened.

  6. 06

    Real-life contexts

Apply the skills to family, partnership, work, friendship, privacy, and safety.

  7. 07

    Practice and self-trust

Try small experiments, practice an honest yes, and plan the next 30 days.

BEFORE YOU CHOOSE

Know what
you’re getting.

Practical learning at your own pace, with room to write, pause, and return.

What is included?

Each title is one 54-page digital PDF with teaching pages, labeled examples, visual explanations, and guided writing exercises. It includes fillable fields, a linked contents page, bookmarks, and space for printing and handwriting. No physical item is shipped.

Can I type in it or print it?

Yes. Download the PDF to your device and use a PDF reader that supports fillable forms, such as Adobe Acrobat Reader. Save your own copy, enter a short test answer, then close and reopen it to check your answers save. You can also print the pages and write by hand. Some browser and phone previews may not support every form feature.

Do I need to be a therapy client?

No. These are standalone educational workbooks for adults. They do not include therapy, clinical messaging, an assessment, or group enrollment, and they do not create a therapist–client relationship.

How may I use the workbook?

For your own personal educational use. Do not redistribute, resell, upload, or publish the PDF. A purchase does not grant a professional-use or group-facilitation license. You may use your own copy alongside a group for your personal learning.

Is joint relationship practice always appropriate?

No. Exercises with a partner require willingness and safety. If there is coercion, intimidation, violence, or fear of retaliation, joint exercises are not appropriate. Seek individual support and safety planning instead.

How will I receive my workbook?

Your PDF will be emailed manually within two business days after successful payment. Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays. Delivery is not instant. Use a correct email address at checkout and check your spam or junk folder.

Contact us about duplicate charges, missing delivery, or incorrect or defective files so we can correct the problem or provide an appropriate refund. Your rights under applicable law are not limited.
